Speaking after the event Prof. Dympna Casey commented that "it was very exciting to be part of the TEDxFulbright talk and part of the new ideas and innovations that are now taking place in our society.  Our  audience were very receptive to the notion of robotics working with people with dementia and one audience member whose Mum has dementia told me afterwards how she would really like a Mario for her mother! Now that type of reaction and acceptance is very heartening to hear as the work on MARIO evolves.."
